Seventh DUI for a Porterville man

According to Tulare County officials a man from Porterville was convicted of driving under the influence for the seventh time… Really?
Ramiro a 48 year old was convicted of driving under the influence. The report shows he was speeding as well going 71 MPH in a 55 just south of Porterville. CHP stopped him and he failed a field sobriety test blowing a .20… he was also driving on a suspended license. He is now facing up to three years in prison.
